Return to Self

At its heart yoga is a spiritual practice, a means to understand ourselves and the world within, as well as the world around us.  But this takes time, courage, sustained effort and dedication. It requires us to slow down, take a breath and turn within so that we might Return to Self.

When we slow down, we give ourselves time to become aware of how we feel, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

By taking a breath and observing the breath we bring ourselves back to the present moment instilling a feeling of calm and peace.

Turn within, you are your own best teacher, you have all the answers, reconnect to your intuition, your inner wisdom.

At its heart Yoga is awakening to the truth of our being, our true Self and our unity with all.
